OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Bellma Collections S.L., a Spanish private limited company (Sociedad Limitada) with its registered office at Avenida Gran Vía, 148, 36211 Vigo, Pontevedra, Spain, registered in the Commercial Registry of Pontevedra under sheet PO75046, NIF B22454797. The store trades under the name Ulmaveriona. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bellma Collections S.L.
These terms apply to all use of our website and to all orders placed in our online store. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
SECTION 1: WHO MAY USE OUR STORE
Our store is intended for consumers aged 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence. Although we sell children's clothing, orders must be placed by an adult.
We currently only accept orders for delivery to addresses in Germany.
SECTION 2: PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and small variations in fabric or finish are possible. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering. If you are unsure about a size, feel free to contact us at info@ulmaveriona.com before you order.
SECTION 3: HOW A CONTRACT IS FORMED
The products shown in our store are not a binding offer but an invitation for you to place an order. By clicking the order button at the end of checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. We will then send you an email confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation does not yet mean we have accepted your order. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order by email or deliver the goods to you.
The contract language is English. We save the text of the contract and send you your order details by email.
SECTION 4: PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and are explained in our Shipping Policy.
You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by external payment service providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment cannot be completed.
SECTION 5: DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses in Germany only. You can choose between free standard shipping and insured express shipping. Details on costs and delivery times can be found in our Shipping Policy.
SECTION 6: RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
SECTION 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Full details, including how to return items and the model withdrawal form, can be found in our Returns and Refunds policy.
SECTION 8: WARRANTY
The statutory warranty rights for consumers apply to all products purchased from us. If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ulmaveriona.com with your order number, a short description and a photo.
SECTION 9: ERRORS AND CHANGES TO INFORMATION
Occasionally, our website may contain typing errors or inaccurate information regarding product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update information. If a price error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it, and you will be free to cancel the order.
SECTION 10: PROHIBITED USE
You may not use our website or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone; to submit false or misleading information; to upload viruses or other harmful code; to collect personal data of other users; for spam, phishing, crawling or scraping; or to interfere with or bypass the security features of the website. We may restrict or end your access to the website if you break these rules.
SECTION 11: COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you send us suggestions, ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them to improve our store and products without any obligation to pay you or keep them confidential. Please make sure your feedback does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or harmful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
SECTION 12: THIRD PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our website may contain links to websites or tools from third parties. We have no control over those websites or tools and are not responsible for their content, products or services. Using them is at your own discretion.
SECTION 13: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including texts, photos, graphics and logos, belongs to Bellma Collections S.L. or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
SECTION 14: LIABILITY
We are fully liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in cases where liability is mandatory under applicable law. In all other cases, our liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by this section.

SECTION 16: SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
SECTION 17: GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
SECTION 18: DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we will work to find a fair solution.
SECTION 19: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website at the time you place the order.
