RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Kids grow fast and sizes do not always fit the way we hope. If something you ordered from Ulmaveriona is not quite right, here is how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods. If you ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you received the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement, for example by email, that you wish to withdraw from the contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Send us an email at info@ulmaveriona.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and everything else you need to send the items back.
3. Pack the items securely and, if possible, include your order number or delivery note in the parcel.
4. Send the items back to us no later than 14 days after the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
Please send a separate return for each order.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
To make your return smooth, please try items on carefully, just as you would in a shop. Ideally, items should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is caused by handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that were made to your personal specifications, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your withdrawal, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. If you chose Insured Express Shipping, we will refund the cost of the free standard delivery option only, which means the 2.95 EUR express surcharge is not refunded.
We will use the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.
We will send you an email once your return has arrived and your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at info@ulmaveriona.com.
EXCHANGES
Would you prefer a different size or colour instead of a refund? Just let us know in your email when you start your return. If the item you want is in stock, we will be happy to arrange an exchange.
STORE CREDIT
If you prefer, we can also issue store credit instead of a refund. This is entirely your choice and does not replace your statutory right to a refund.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ulmaveriona.com with your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem. We will take care of it quickly. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
